Many time we have received cheques with Old account number at Inward Clearing. It is difficult with us to find New Finacle Account No. from Cheque No. Today. HINQACHQ command is used for this purpose. The method of using this command is described below.
- HINQACHQ stands for Inquire A/c ID for a Cheque.
- Menu Shortcut – HINQACHQ (This command is run in only Supervisor)
- GO Then fill following field
- Cheque No.-
- SOL ID –
- GO
- Hence we find the account no. with particular cheque.
- This process seems to easy but this type of petty knowledge can decrease the time spend on work and we feel easy with Finacle.
