A big mistake from Google has been noticed today in connection with India Post search result. If you search the word “India Post” in Google you will be shocked because instead of India Post logo and the details from Wikipedia site, you will see the details about Thiruvananthapuram University Post Office and its picture.

The above said search result has been shown only in www.google.co.in, but www.google.com shows the old and correct search result which is shown below.
As per Search Engine Optimization (SEO) perspective, it is a big setback for India Post website and the Brand value of India Post. This may be due to week SEO side of India Post website or somebody might have worked for showing Thiruvananthapuram University Post Office in the search result against the Keyword “India Post”
It is very important to regain the actual search result in Google search. So lead a campaign for promoting India Post as a brand in the web world and there by achieve the brand image in Google search result.
