All types of Money Orders can be booked in CSI POS. There is no need to log in to different modules for booking different types of MOs. Following types of MOs can be booked through CSI POS.
1. Electronic Money Order ( eMO)
2. Instant Money Order ( iMO)
3. International Money Order (Euro Giro)
4. International Money Order ( IFS)
Features
1. Customer can book either eMO (Electronic Money Order), iMO (Instant Money Order) or international MO
2. Money order bookings are available for both registered and walk-in customers
3. Frequent Customers can be searched easily using their mobile number, name and so on, which saves booking time
4. PIN Code search facility is also provided for customers who are not having the desired pin code
5. System also has the provision to Hold the Bill (Till the Shift ends)
6. Customer might ask to book a Different Type Of Mail or Pay Utility payment at the same time
7. Once an MO is booked, Supervisor will approve it

Note
a. Many to one means recipient is same but sender is different.
b. Enter all the information, then in the additional Information page select Service Money Order.
c. This is a Money order is getting booked against a VPP. Fill all the information then check IS VPP MO and enter the reference number.
d. Once operator books the MO, it has to approved by supervisor then only MO booking will be completed and will transmit to central server.
e. Money Orders booked can be tracked and also recalled through the ‘Track and Trace’ and ‘Inland Recall of Articles’ screen
f. Reports are also available at counter and back office for the money orders booked
