Now new amendment has been established in Finacle to reset/CSAC the User IDs which are already logged in.
Procedure:-
• When login in Finacle the following error comes “User is already logged in” as like screen shoot below.
• Now Click on Login button appears below error “User is already logged in”
• Now a popup “Do you want to reset the previous session and re-login” is displayed by web page like below screen shoot.
• Click OK button.
• Now Home page is opened. Please enter your password.
• You are successful login in Finacle
